Applying for a job – recruitment process:
The company in which you are seeking employment is data controller with respect to the personal data collected and processed as part of the recruitment process. The recruitment system is provided by our partner Consendo Systems A/S, Rødovrevej 245, 2610 Rødovre, Denmark. We will process personal data contained in your application such as contact details, age, photo and education and work experience as well as any additional documents that you provide us with. We recommend that you do not disclose sensitive personal data, such as information revealing racial or ethnic origin, religion, trade union membership, sexual orientation, health, etc. in your application. The basis for our processing of your personal data is your request for our evaluation of your application and CV prior to the potential execution of an employment contract as well as your consent to certain processing activities. As part of our evaluation of you and your application we may wish to take references from your previous and/or current employers. We will only take up references if you have consented hereto. If the job position requires you to complete personality tests or similar you will be informed hereof when we have processed your application. The results of such tests will be treated confidentially but will be included in our evaluation of your application. We may also request that you provide us with a copy of your criminal record depending on the position for which you are applying. Such information will also be treated confidentially. If you are offered a position with us your application and additional personal data obtained during the recruitment process will become part of your employee file in our recruitment system. If you are not offered a job, we will store your application for up a maximum of 6 months from the application date. The system is provided by our partner Consendo Systems A/S, Rødovrevej 245, 2610 Rødovre, Denmark As part of the terms of Temp, The Company will process several personal data about the Temp. The terms of The Company’s processing are shown below. The processing of Temp’s personal data will take place in accordance with best data processing practices and, as a rule, as prescribed by the personal data law valid at any time. The purpose of processing personal data is an overall part of the general hiring process and personnel administration. The basis for the processing will be substantively justified and necessary for the performance of an potential employment contract and for the provision of a legitimate interest to the Temp or to The Company. The purpose of each data process in the personnel administration is specified record of processing data. Please contact the management for details and specification of purpose. The legal basis will be found in article 6, number 1, lictra b in most of the workflows. Whenever special data is being processed the legal basic will be article 9, number 2, lictra a or e. The information could include name, address, ID number, telephone number, e-mail address, job experience, education, training, family relationships (stated in CV), performance and behavior description (recommendations / reference previous employers), title, department, salary ratio, bank account, contact information for relatives, extent of sick leave, disability level during long-term illness, health information, holiday use, educational needs and wishes, as well as information on possible warnings and terminations and portrait photos The temp is aware that, as part of the ordinary personnel administration, The Company processes personal information, including personal data concerning health, trade union and criminal matters, such as criminal records, if applicable – the latter group of this information is categorized as sensitive data and handled with intensified attention. In situations where the company finds it necessary to register or obtain health information, a separate consent will be obtained from the Employee. As a part of the temp administration, the temp´s personal data will be shared with the customer who has requested temp service from Bluecollar. As part of the personnel administration, personal data is disclosed to a third party. Such third parties may, for example, be Pension Fund, Health Insurance, Education / Course Provider, and other public authorities, if required by law, that personal data must be disclosed. The company discloses personal data to intra-group companies which are located in Denmark, Poland and Rumania. There is no mass transfer of personal data such as the transfer of a person’s contact information via mail or letter correspondence, we will form a concrete consent. The disclosure of personal data will always be reasonably justified and necessary for the purpose of providing a legitimate interest to the Employee or to the Company in connection with the general personnel administration within the Group. The company may have a legitimate interest in storing information about the Employee after termination of employment. In that case, personal data will not be stored for more than 5 years after the termination of the employment relationship, after which the information will be deleted. However, information on occupational injuries may be stored for up to 40 years cf. applicable rules. The Temp agrees that The Company, as part of its temp administration, share personal information by mail or letter to customers and third parties. This apply to transfers which is not considered as mass transfers, repetitive or structural transfers. The temp agrees to have a portrait taken, which may be used on to make a profile description to use for the customers selections process. Any consent that you may have provided during the application and/or recruitment process may be withdrawn at any time by contacting us.
Your rights:
You have a right of access to the personal data processed about you. Furthermore, you can object to the collection and further processing of your personal data. In addition, you have the right to request that any processing is limited, that your personal data is corrected, if necessary, or under certain circumstances deleted. In certain situations, you may also request that we provide you with an overview of the personal data you have submitted to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and request us to transmit such data to another data controller. If you want to exercise any of your rights you can file a request by using the contact information at the top. You can at all times delete your personal data by deleting your profile. If you have any complaints regarding the processing of your personal data, you may file a complaint with the local supervisory authority.
