Full-time Project Coordinator to ensure smooth cooperation between temps and clients
Your tasks and responsibilities

As a Project Coordinator, your primary responsibility is ensuring smooth cooperation between temps and clients.
The position as coordinator involves 20-30% administrative work and 70-80% hands-on work assisting our temps.
Examples of this could be onboarding temps on construction- and production sites and assisting with initial difficulties and questions – just as it can also involve helping the temps get comfortable in their accommodation, including various practical tasks related to this.
Your tasks will vary greatly, and you must thrive with flexible working hours and approach work challenges with enthusiasm and open-mindedness. Work tasks include:
- Coordination of transport and housing for temps in Denmark
- Assisting during onboarding of new temps at client locations and online meetings
- Drafting, finishing, and renewing employment agreements
- Assisting temps with public authorities – including taxes and health insurance certificates
- Managing our emergency phone (rotation with other coordinators)
You will be working closely with the rest of the Coordinator team and report to our Operations Manager in Denmark.
Your background and qualifications
We are looking for a service-minded and dedicated employee who always goes the extra mile to help and assist temps and clients.
We expect you to show great flexibility with regards to both working hours and the tasks you need to perform. The following points characterize you:
- You easily build strong relationships and feel comfortable working closely with other people
- You are a problem solver and generally make things go smoothly
- You are familiar with the Microsoft Office – especially Outlook, Word and Excel
- You have great listening skills and quickly use the information you receive
- You are stable, committed, service-minded, and hard-working
- You speak and write Polish fluently
- You have solid English skills – minimum B2 level – both for speaking and writing
- If you speak Danish, it is a big plus.
In addition, experience from the temp industry is an advantage – alternatively, experience as a team leader or from similar positions is very positive.
