SIRI Fast track certification
BlueCollar is certified by the Danish Agency for International Recruitment and Integration (SIRI) for the Fast Track scheme.
In practice, this means that your new employee from a non-EU country can obtain a temporary permit and start the job the same day biometrics are provided – instead of waiting an unnecessarily long time for a regular decision.
We have extensive experience with SIRI and know the system in depth. Therefore, we can handle all communication with the authorities – you simply have to welcome your new employee.
How Try & Hire Works
A Try & Hire process means that a potential candidate is first hired on a temporary basis. The process typically lasts three months and allows you to assess the collaboration in practice before you decide on a permanent hire.
Try & Hire is therefore a solution that combines the flexibility of temporary employment with the perspective of permanent employment. We are with you all the way from the start. Together with your company, we find the right match for the role, based on both your company culture and the professional competencies you need.
To ensure the best match, we test candidates' proficiency in their professions, so you get an employee with the right skills for the job.
- Candidate starts on a temporary basis
- Typical course of 3 months
- Tested and matched to the role
Permissions are a part of recruitment – not an add-on
Work and residence permits are not something we initiate when everything else is in place. They are an integral part of our recruitment process from day one.
This means you never end up with a fully recruited employee waiting for the paperwork to be processed. We plan everything holistically.
Shall we help with work and residence permits?
Whether the candidate comes from the EU or a country outside the EU, BlueCollar helps to get the paperwork, process, and onboarding in place. We handle the dialogue with authorities, applications, documentation, and practical matters, so the employee can get started legally and safely.
