Bluecollar takes your data protection seriously. We process personal data and have therefore adopted this privacy policy, which tells you how we process your data.
Bluecollar is the data controller for the information we collect about you and we ensure that your personal data is processed in accordance with the law.

Processing of personal data
Personal data is any kind of information that can be attributed to you to some extent. As a customer of ours, we collect the following personal data about you: Name, email, payment information, company name, phone number, and additional email signature information.
As a supplier and partner with us, we collect the following personal data about you: Name, email, payment information, company name, phone number, and additional email signature information.
When you use our website, we collect and process a range of information. This happens, for example, with general access to content, if you sign up for our newsletter, or other use of services.
We typically collect and process the following types of information: a unique ID and technical information about your computer, tablet, or mobile phone, your IP address, geographic location, and which pages you click on (interests).
To the extent that you give your explicit consent and enter the information yourself, the following will also be processed: Name, and email. This will typically be in connection with newsletter sign-ups.
Privacy Policy for Recruitment
Upon receipt of the application and attachments, the submitted material will be reviewed by the relevant manager in order to respond to and assess the content in relation to a defined job.
Applications and attachments are shared internally with relevant persons in the recruitment process and will not be disclosed to anyone outside the company.
Applications and attachments will be stored until the right candidate is found and the recruitment process is completed. Thereafter, applications and attachments will be deleted.
For unsolicited applications, the application and attachments are stored for a maximum of 12 months, after which they are deleted. For solicited applications, the application and attachments are stored for 12 months after the completion of the recruitment process, after which they are deleted.

We have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent your information from being accidentally or unlawfully deleted, published, lost, damaged, or coming to the knowledge of unauthorized persons, misused, or otherwise processed in violation of the law.

We only use data processors located in the EU or in countries that can provide adequate protection for your information.
