Try & Hire – prøveperiode before possible permanent employment

We offer Try & Hire as a flexible alternative to temporary staffing and permanent employment. With a Try & Hire program, you get the opportunity to get to know your new employee without obligation, typically for a period of 3 months.

About our Try & Hire process

With Try and Hire, your company has the opportunity to get to know a potential employee before possible permanent employment.

Through Try & Hire, companies and candidates can test and develop their collaboration. This gives both parties the opportunity to assess whether they have made the right choice.

You are always welcome to contact us here or give us a call at +45 702 35 702, if we are to assist you with Try & Hire.

How Try & Hire Works

A Try & Hire process means that a potential candidate is first hired on a temporary basis. The process typically lasts three months and allows you to assess the collaboration in practice before you decide on a permanent hire.

Try & Hire is therefore a solution that combines the flexibility of temporary employment with the perspective of permanent employment. We are with you all the way from the start. Together with your company, we find the right match for the role, based on both your company culture and the professional competencies you need.

To ensure the best match, we test candidates' proficiency in their professions, so you get an employee with the right skills for the job.

  • Candidate starts on a temporary basis
  • Typical course of 3 months
  • Tested and matched to the role

Benefits to our Try & Hire process

We take care of all the administrative aspects of Try & Hire to make the process easy.

This includes, among other things:

  • Recruitment, contract, and housing
  • Payroll according to collective agreements
  • Economic coverage during potential illness.

If, against expectations, you do not find the candidate to be a match, we will proceed with other candidates.

The candidate can be hired permanently with immediate effect. If you wish to hire permanently before the trial period has ended, the temporary employee can be hired for a takeover fee by mutual agreement.

In addition, you as a company have the option to cancel the trial period on short notice.
