About DS Steel Construction and the Collaboration

DS Stålkonstruktion is among the largest steel manufacturers in the Nordic region, based in Hobro. The production requires a wide range of specialized competencies and a high degree of precision in all areas.

The collaboration began with the delivery of individual professional groups, but has over time developed into a permanent and integrated part of the overall staffing. Today, we deliver more than 100 employees to production annually.

Recruiting a wide variety of specialists

The production at DS Stålkonstruktion requires many different professional profiles, often with
specific competences and experience. There has been a continuous need for, among other things:

  • Smiths and welders with various certifications
  • Industrial painters for surface treatment, etc.
  • Welding engineers, CNC operators, and machine operators
  • Employees for laser processing and CNC sawing
  • Drivers for internal logistics
  • Production workers for various roles
  • Chairpersons for leadership and coordination
The staffing needs have continuously changed in line with DS Stålkonstruktion's growth, and we have therefore adapted both volume and candidate requirements along the way.

Entire crew value chain

Over the years, we have managed the entire value chain for temporary staffing, including recruitment, presentation, housing, onboarding, and follow-up. We have dedicated service and housing coordinators assigned to ensure good conditions for the temporary staff.

The composition of the workforce has evolved over the years. Whereas it previously consisted primarily of Polish employees, today it also includes candidates from other countries both inside and outside Europe.

We handle everything related to recruitment, housing, coordination, and administration, etc. This allows DS Stålkonstruktion to fully focus on production, while we ensure that the right skills are always available.
