DanePork: Trustworthy recruitment for growing food production
Due to strong growth at DanePork, we have supplied specialized labor for production.
In 2024, we recruited 50 butchers for the company, and in 2025, the collaboration was expanded with an additional 50 butchers as well as a number of employees for the packing department.
The collaboration has been characterized by a high degree of trust between the parties and requirements for correct handling of international recruitment and SIRI processes. SIRI is often a complex area where we have built extensive experience and know-how over the years.
About DanePork and the Collaboration
DanePork is one of Denmark's largest privately owned pork slaughterhouses with over 800 permanent employees.
As the company has grown, there has been a continuous need for flexible recruitment of many new employees, for both day and afternoon shifts.
Recruiting butchers in particular has been a key focus area, where the demands for experience, stability, and professional skills are high.

Recruitment of specialized employees – both outside and within the EU
For production, we have primarily supplied butchers from the Philippines, while employees for the packaging facility have mainly been recruited from Poland and Romania.
To ensure the right professional level, candidates undergo both a practical assessment and a presentation process before they are approved for employment.
Basic approval process
As part of the process, we send video material along with the candidates' CVs, giving DanePork the opportunity to assess both professional competencies and presentation before hiring.
Butchers also undergo a professional test as a supplement to the other screening.
Managing the entire process – recruitment, service, and coordination
We handle the entire recruitment and administration process from start to finish.
This includes, but is not limited to, screening and recruiting candidates, and coordinating and managing all practical aspects of international labor.
SIRI-certified
We have extensive experience with both EU and non-EU recruitment, including handling SIRI processes and work permits.
As Fast Track certified, we specialize in ensuring an efficient, correct process so that temporary staff can be quickly integrated into the workplace.
In addition, we handle all aspects of documentation, contact with authorities, and ongoing coordination with the temporary workers.
