About Soft & Teknik and the project
Soft & Teknik is a Danish project management company specializing in technical installations and electrical work on complex construction projects.
The project was part of the construction of a Power-To-X facility in Kassø near Rødekro for European Energy. Green e-methanol is produced here based on renewable energy from a nearby solar farm.
The facility is a good example of sector integration, where electricity production, fuel, and district heating are combined into one integrated solution.

Specialized candidate requirements
The task required electricians with specific competencies and experience in diverse technical installations. Among other things, the requirements included:
- Ability to read cable plans and electrical diagrams
- Experience with connection work and electrical panels
- Pulling heavy cables and building cable trays
- Understanding of 3D drawings and complex installations
- Experience with Roxtec cable transits
- Various certificates, including Manitou (telescopic loader)
Due to the high technical requirements, all 40 electricians were recruited from Romania, where we have historically recruited many highly qualified electricians with specialized experience.

We handled the entire process from start to finish. Recruitment was carried out in a targeted manner through our broad network in Romania, where we found relevant profiles with the right technical background.
All candidates were screened with a focus on experience and documentation, after which we validated their certificates and competencies before they were presented.
After approval, we were responsible for startup and coordination so that the staff could be effectively integrated into the project. We provided the necessary tools for the temporary workers so they could get straight to work from day one.

Soft & Teknik quickly gained access to 40 qualified electricians who could be integrated into a complex and technically demanding project without delays.
We ensured stable staffing throughout the project period. The project is now successfully completed, and the collaboration has continued to develop since then. As of the publication date of this case study, we continue to provide candidates for Soft & Teknik on other projects.
